So I just rewatched this movie, and I totally forgot how amazing it is. It is so sad, I almost cried like ten times, haha, truth. Russel Crowe is my all time favorite actor, he is the man, most definitely, and Renee Zellwiggerfigger is a fox. Go watch this movie again, and if you haven't seen it, well then your shits weak.

Really? I mean really? Right when I decide that I fully dislike Jamie Foxx, he has to come out with this movie. It is going to so outrageously great, you have no idea, and Robert Downey Jr. is a complete B.A. Anyways, this movie is gonna rock the shit in November 2009, haha.

Okay, this place used to be complete shit. Seriously, I hated it. But, after I got a gift card for it, I was obligated to spend it, and to my surprise, it was utterly delicious. I had thee best grilled chicken burrito ever. Haha, not to mention the guy that I'm pretty sure unloaded a sawed off shotgun on the place right after I left, and the asian guy that tried to convince me into buying Jesus magnets. It was a great experience, lawlz. haha.

Totally gonna apply to this joint out in Rancho Cucamonga at Victoria Gardens. They need team leaders so I'm hoping that I get in. That would be thee most legit job ever, so wish me luck.

So the other night when me and Jor were spending our Christmas Bestbuy gift cards, I picked up Anberlin's new CD New Surrender, and I must admit, it seems pretty sweet. This band is so good, every CD of theirs is straight up phenomenal, haha. This one sounds a lot like Cities, which is good. The first song, Resistance, is ridiculously cool, the chorus is redonkulous. Anyways, get it on with this album.

Lately I have been lucky to have been exposed to some damn good music. A lot of music these days are hit or miss, and I can honestly say that the last few artist I have indulged in are truly talented. So if you haven't picked up these albums, get on it, you're missing out on some serious tunage.

So for Christmas I got a quite a large amount of clothes. At first I was like eh, clothes, but now that I think about it, I am so syked. Haha, I always want new clothes. And to top it off, I got legit clothes, like hooded flannels, active denims, active jackets, cardigans, etc. It was outta control. Anyways, Christmas went swell. Have a good one.

So as usual, I've found myself out on December 22nd, 23rd, and most likely will be out on the 24th too, trying to accomplish all my last minute shopping. I really should not wait this long to shop, the lines are terrible and most of the good gifts have already been purchased, haha. Oh well, out I go. Word.

This commercial is so cool, gnome sayin'? Anyone agree? I like the fact that commercials are becoming more cinematic. Word.

So Mikey was playing Tyga non-stop tonite, but I didn't know it was him at the time. Recently in the past, I have been trying my hardest NOT to like this guy, I don't know why, I just have been, but after listening to him tonight, I am hooked. Fool is legit. Get it on with him if you already haven't been. Word.

So tonight, me and my brah Mikey, were rollin' in the Benz, and yeah, they're all they are cracked up to be. We're cruisin' down foothill leavin' Victoria Gardens, and all of a sudden this Suburban starts honking super gnar gnar at us. So we roll down our window and it is full of girls. So we're waving and sayin' what's up and stuff when suddenly one of them decides to flash us, lawlz. Haha, yeah, it was funny. Anyways, whoever you are random flashing girl, keep it real. Word.

This documentary is probably the most powerful documentary I have ever seen. It has completely changed my views on the attacks that occured on September 11th. This movie looks super rad. The dude that plays Nixon is burly, haha. And not to mention, it is directed by Ron Howard, so this shit will be legit. It was orginally a stage production that was adapted for film. Looks far to intense. Word.

I just want to say that this guy is pretty cool. George W. seems like the kinda guy I could sit and have a beer with, lawlz. He might not have been the best president, but a lot of gnarly events happened while he was in office, and I think it would have been a hell of time to be president. I give him props. If you don't like him, whatevs. Keep it real gee dubya, gnome sayin'? Word.

So tonight, while hanging out with Alysa, she informed me that my hero, Jeremy Piven, was sick with mercury poisoning. As you can guess, I was shattered. Well, when I got home, I did a little research and found out that his mercury levels are six times higher than normal, or what they should be. He had to pull out of his recent Broadway production and is at the moment, out of commission. How did he get such high mercury levels? Well the guy is a G, and was eating to much sushi. Sucks. Anyways, get better Jeremy. Word.

Socialite Stepchild is hosting thee sickest event, I'm super stoked. It's like clubAVENUE, only on a Sunday night. It's gonna be rad, DJ S!N, Hyphy Crunk, Jimmy Boy, and also, my boy Neil Favila takin' some sick photos. Be there, seriously. Word.

I just want to say that this is quite possibly the best band ever. Yeah, I said it, I'd say it again. I want a new album. Word.

I feel super uncool for not knowing that JM came out with a new record. I'm in the process of listening to it now, and it is pretty phenomenal. Andy McMahon is the man. Anyways, if you're like me and didn't realize that this CD has been out for over three months, go pick it up pronto. Gnome sayin'? Word.

So, I'm finally gettin' ultra pumped on Christmas. It's snowing, and there's another storm coming in that will hopefully provide a white Christmas. Plus, I get to spend Christmas with not only my family, but my best bruh, Jor. Get stoked, gnome sayin'? Word.

This movie is going to be way to legit. Really, Clint Eastwood is a total badass, hahaha. Anyways, it's already out in NY & LA, and releases nationwide on January 9th, 2009. If you miss it, well, then you're simply whack, lawlz. Word.

So, even though I am not a very big college football fan, I always get excited for the BCS Championship Game. It is ridiculously fun to watch. Anyways this year the Florida Gators will host the Oklahoma Sooners. Personally, I'm rooting for the Gators. Hahaha, the game is on January 8th, on Fox. Word.

So as we all know, there will be the ultimate movie competition on Christmas Day between Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, which I'm sure Brad will win, even after Jen's nudies, haha. Anyways, I'm super stoked to see movies this Christmas day, and here is a little peak at what I predict will be the top movies of the day:

Two of my iTunes, top 25 played bands, A Day To Remember and The Devil Wears Prada, are gearing up for their upcoming North American tour. They kick it off on the 14th of March, 2009 in good 'ol Plano Texas. They're set to swing into California on April 19th making sure to hit up all the good venues like Soma and The Glass House. I am ridiculously stoked. Word.

So, I was into this band/project awhile back, and randomly decided to get into them again. Well, little did I realize, RAGC happens to be the side project of my new favorite band, Manchester Orchestra's lead singer. I was super stoked to find out. Anyways, Andy Hull is rockin' the shit, both in RAGC and Manchester Orchestra. Get it on with both of 'em. Word.

I just want to apologize for the lacks of updates on this blog. I've been snowed in at my cousin's house from this ridiculous High Desert snow storm. I'll be back up and blogging soon, with a new layout and my very own url. Bahaha, word.

Wow, this album has almost been out for a whole month, how did I miss it? Well, I am currently listening to this album all the way through as I write this and man, it is amazin'. I was never really a fan of Luda, but this album has definitely changed my ways. It has some unbelievable collaborations including Floyd Mayweather, T.I., T-Pain, The Game, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, Plies, Jamie Foxx, Lil Wayne, Nas, Jay Z, and so many others. This album is ridiculous, if you don't have it, go get it right now.

This brand is absolutely epic. They are a brand from Tokyo that is heavily involved in the club circuit. They are noted for taking much of their style from New York swagger. They utilize a lot of purple's and blue's and seem to capture that indie-retro style with heavy hip hop influences. You can purchase their threads on karmaloop.com. Get it on with this company.

So the High Desert has experienced a very sad, depressing dry streak so far this year, but after today, I think everyone is a little (a lot) excited for the upcoming winter. Me and my bud Dan were just talking about how bad it sucked that it hadn't snowed yet. Well, this morning I woke up from a text from this girl in Vegas that read, "...it's snowing in Vegas!" Well, I figured that if it snowed there, it must have pored down here, and sure enough it did! Out of control snow, ahaha. Even the local school district had a snow day. Anyways, Mountain High is probably lookin' pretty legit right about now, so Jor better hook it up with a day pass, haha. I love the snow.

Wow, it has been completely way too long since I've been to a show, and to get back to into my old weekend ritual of hitting up shows, what better way to do it than to go to a Stick To Your Guns/My Children My Bride show? I could not be more syked. STYG is phenomenal live, and MCMB isn't to shabby either. I pretty positive that this show will be epic. Show is on December 18th at Angels Roadhouse. Make sure to be there. Oh, and I would like to mention that FINALLY, mine and Lydia's plans of hanging out are finally finalized, lawlz.

This definitely one of thee most radical cameras my eyes have ever seen. Not only is it hella small, but it is plastered in ridiculous gold. lawlz. It is equipped with a 5.0 megapixel resolution, 4X digital zoom, video in AVI format, and an SD card slot. This thing is out of control. Buy me one for Christmas...they're only $350 at Urban Outfitters, bahaha.

Titanic II? Not quite, but the Leonardo DiCaprio/Kate Winslet duo get back together for this intense drama. The movie's backdrop is the suburbs in a 1950's neighborhood whilst focusing on a young couple who struggle with their problems of conforming and living an unpleasant life. I never really liked Leonardo, but every time one of his movies come out, there is no denying that he is damn talented. This movie is going to be legit. Don't believe me? Revolutionary Road is nominated for four Golden Globes Awards. Whatchu want? Releases December 26Th, 2008.

So, I haven't decided my opinion on this performance yet. It gets fairly intense in the break when he stumbles off into a Pinocchio story (watch the video and you will know what I mean). I do however know, that Kanye West is completely tone deaf. Anyways, I guess he throws it down, fool is kinda weird now though. Watch.

So, some how this girl is getting more babe-like as she gets older. Am I wrong? Post friends/Brad Pitt she has just upped her game in ridiculous amounts. And if she couldn't get any better, she can be seen posing nude for the upcoming GQ Magazine that releases on Decemeber 23rd. With that being said, she somehow maintains herself and avoids the "slutty" stigma that often comes with posing nude. She still strikes as that innocent girl next door. Anyways, I've got quite the crush on this girl, and will definitely be picking up my copy of the December GQ, lawlz.

So for those of you who don't know, aren't familiar with the town, live outside the state of California, or just didn't care enough to come visit, let me tell you, Hollywood is quite possibly on of thee most disgusting cities in America. I was recently talking to Jordan about this, and I feel genuinely sorry for folks who come out of state to visit the town. It is trash ridden, full of drugs, and littered with bums. No, you will not see movie stars, rock stars, or any other celebrity of the sort. I'm sorry for this rambling of sorts, I just can't stand the glamorous stigma that this town carries by those who are uneducated of it's true colors.

This brand is killin' it. Seriously, they're threads are ridiculous. If you visit their website, you can sense that indie vibe that lets you know that this brand is more than just a clothing company aimed at making a few bucks, they are true artist who are thinking about everything that is going into their projects. Alright, it's time that I write a little post about our jolly, yet mythical friend, Santa Claus. Can I first say that the whole story behind the man is, well to say the least, a bit subject? Let me break it down for you: A large, bearded man dressed in a red robe breaks into your house in the middle of the night and eats some cookies. That's trespassing and stealing. But! He leaves a nifty little gift that washes away the fact that he just committed a bad deed. This is what Wikipedia had to say, "One legend associated with Santa says that he lives in the far north, in a land of perpetual snow. Other details include: that he is married and lives with Mrs. Claus; that he makes a list of children throughout the world, categorizing them according to their behavior; that he delivers presents, including toys, candy, and other presents to all of the good boys and girls in the world, and sometimes coal or sticks to the naughty children, in one night; and that he accomplishes this feat with the aid of magical elves who make the toys, and eight or nine flying reindeer who pull his sleigh."

...really? Bahaha, anyways, I just wanted to touch on the subject of Santa Claus. The fool is legit in my book. Keep it up. lawlz.

So scrubs is moving to ABC for their eighth season, and I'm not going to lie, I watched some of the sneak peaks, and they were a bit disappointing. But, Scrubs, in the words of my friend Jor, is like sex. I don't remember the saying word for word, but the point is, even when Scrubs is bad, it's good. So, I'm gettin' syked for the new season which premiers in January.

This movie looks ill. Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman are gonna kill it. It tells the story of a nun who believes that a priest is sexually harassing a young black student. I thought this idea was pretty fresh seeing as how no writer, director, actor, etc. has touched on the subject. If you still are not convinced this movie will kill it, well, let's just say it's up for five Golden Globe Awards. Doubt releases in select theatres December 12th.

So tonight I went to my favorite dance stop, clubAVENUE. Place was poppin'. Anyways, the original bill called for Uffie to play, which I had not really heard of, and after hearing, was not really a fan of. Nonetheless, I was pretty stoked for the night at Avenue seeing as it was going to be packed. Well, while on my way to pick up my buds to head out, my friend Kristen informed me that Uffie bailed on the night...WHAT!?! But, then she informed me that somehow, DJ AM would be throwin' down a set. I was actually way more stoked to see AM then Uffie. When AM started his set, it was out of control. People were losin' it. He has definitely made a full recovery and is throwin' it down better than ever. Fool is legitt as fuck. Overall, one of the better nights in my Avenue experiences.
